The Branch Sales Manager will oversee the branch's daily operations and manage the sales team to achieve business targets. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales plans, analyzing market trends, and maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders. Additional tasks involve monitoring team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements while driving business growth. Qualifications • Strong skills in Sales and Business Development • Team leadership, management, and conflict-resolution abilities • Proficiency in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning • Excellent Communication and Client Relationship Management skills • Thorough understanding of financial services and housing finance products • Ability to work in a high-paced environment and meet performance targets • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred) • Experience in the finance or housing finance sector is advantageous
