JD – Brand Growth Executive (Activation & Revenue Expansion) Experience: 2–4 years Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Work from Office Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days **Job Summary** We are seeking a Brand Growth Executive to drive post-onboarding activation and revenue expansion for onboarded retail and commerce brands. This role focuses on ensuring brands move quickly from onboarding to live performance and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be process-driven, strong in follow-ups, and comfortable working with targets tied to activation and conversion outcomes. **Must Have Skills** - 2–4 years of experience in sales, growth, or account management roles. - Experience in retail, marketplace, or SaaS onboarding preferred. - Strong follow-up discipline with an urgency-driven mindset. - Detail-oriented and process-focused approach. - Comfortable working with targets linked to activation and revenue generation. - Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders. - Ability to track performance and manage activation timelines effectively. **Good to Have Skills** - Experience in conversion-based business models or performance-driven platforms. - Exposure to dashboard reporting, CRM updates, and performance tracking. - Knowledge of onboarding processes such as documentation, listings, and integrations. - Ability to identify and drive upsell/expansion opportunities within existing brands. - Familiarity with retail commerce metrics like conversion rate and store-level performance. **Key Responsibilities** - Track newly onboarded brands and ensure fast activation and go-live readiness. - Follow up on documentation, listings, and integration requirements. - Push pilot brands toward live revenue generation and performance improvement. - Monitor conversion performance and store-level activation progress. - Drive expansion opportunities within existing onboarded brands. - Maintain activation dashboards and ensure accurate performance tracking. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding and activation blockers quickly. - Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent progress across all active brands.
