As the Brand & Growth Lead at ShareSquare, your role will be crucial in shaping the brand narrative, driving user acquisition, and establishing strong market positioning. You will work closely with the leadership team in Dubai and serve as the brand custodian in India. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this role: - Brand Ownership: Build, enhance, and manage the brand identity of ShareSquare across digital and offline platforms. - Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a holistic growth marketing strategy covering SEO, SMM, SMO, email marketing, paid media, content, partnerships, and lead generation. - Agency & Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with outsourced agencies and marketing vendors for branding, media planning, design, performance marketing, and PR. - Lead Generation: Design and execute integrated campaigns focused on qualified lead acquisition and conversion in the real estate investment space. - Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal & external teams across design, product, sales, and operations to ensure seamless campaign execution. - Reporting & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics, ROI analysis, and reporting, with a strong bias toward continuous optimization. - Strategic Vision: Translate the company's senior management teams vision into executable roadmaps. - Budget Management: Plan, track, and optimize marketing spends effectively. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience: 10-12 years in a similar brand & marketing leadership role. - Domain Exposure: Preferably from industries such as financial services, banking, real estate, or wealth management. - Expertise in lead generation (B2C), SEO, SMM, and digital marketing channels. Soft skills that would be beneficial in this role: - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. - Self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive. - Team player with strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
