Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Minimum experience - 2 to 5 years • Responsible for briefing and leading the creative team through creative brief process including industry benchmarks, best practices, case studies and examples • Works with client to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages • Identifying target audiences with planning team and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate • Lead and drive Monthly planning for the brands • Disciplined and close supervision of timelines for deliverables • A pro-active approach to creative projects • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Superior organisational skills • Experience of managing a team • A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook • A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport • The confidence to give clients trust in your work • 5+ years experience within an integrated or digital agency. • Degree ideally in Marketing/Media or Business related discipline is advantageous.
