Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager About the Role: We're seeking a seasoned Brand Marketing Manager to drive organic brand growth and elevate executive visibility. As part of our high-performing team, you'll build scalable content calendars, establish repeatable processes, and translate brand activity into measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Organic Social Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions across 5-10 product lines. - Thought Leadership Distribution: Repurpose content, manage syndication, and maintain consistent executive voice across owned, earned, and social channels. - Earned Media Ops: Build relationships with journalists, coordinate contributed articles, speaking slots, track PR metrics, and drive award submissions. - Executive Visibility Programs: Develop and execute programs to increase executive visibility through social coaching, byline pipelines, conference workflows, and quarterly reporting. - Tradeshow Execution: Oversee tradeshow execution end-to-end, including booth strategy, speaking abstracts, promo campaigns, pre/post-event nurture, and attribution tracking. - Brand Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, create dashboards, establish reporting cadence, and deliver insights to drive data-driven decision-making. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design teams to maintain brand consistency and align messaging to business goals.
