Role Description The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for building Pyolliv’s brand presence across all business verticals including IT services, hospitality, healthcare services, property onboarding, and corporate partnerships. The role involves managing both online and offline marketing strategies to drive brand growth, lead generation, and business visibility. Key Responsibilities • Brand Strategy and Management • Develop and execute brand strategy across all business verticals • Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication • Manage brand guidelines and corporate identity • Digital Marketing • Manage website, SEO, and digital presence • Plan and execute digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) • Manage social media platforms and content strategy • Monitor digital marketing performance and ROI • Offline Marketing and Partnerships • Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns • Build strategic partnerships and referral networks • Manage events, exhibitions, and corporate outreach • Support property onboarding and hospitality marketing initiatives • Lead Generation and Business Support • Generate qualified business leads • Support corporate sales and partnership teams • Optimize marketing funnels and conversion strategies Key Result Areas (KRA) • Brand visibility and positioning improvement • Lead generation across all business verticals • Digital and offline marketing effectiveness • Growth in brand reach and engagement Key Performance Indicators (KPI) • Number of qualified leads generated per month • Cost per lead and marketing ROI • Website traffic growth and engagement metrics • Social media growth and engagement rate • Conversion rate from marketing campaigns
