Key Responsibilities: • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic outreach. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the bridge between clients and the internal creative/marketing teams. • Create and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are well understood and executed effectively. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas. • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in sheets. • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). • 3-6 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the digital marketing, advertising, or creative industry. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong understanding of marketing and creative service offerings.
