Key Responsibilities • Lead and grow the Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships vertical, owning strategy, execution, and outcomes • Build, nurture, and convert strong relationships with brands, marketers, agencies, and partners to secure new business • Develop winning brand pitches, proposals, and strategic decks aligned to client objectives and cultural relevance • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and agencies for brand briefs and campaigns • Own end-to-end campaign management—from concept and influencer strategy to execution, reporting, and optimisation • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with top-tier influencers, creators, and thought leaders • Trend Analysis & Research • Preparing extensive decks for brands for campaigns • Work closely with senior stakeholders to design integrated influencer and digital-first campaigns • Oversee campaign briefs, contracts, budgets, shoots, timelines, and deliverables • Drive client servicing excellence, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts • Track campaign performance, ROI, and insights; present post-campaign reports and recommendations to clients • Stay ahead of industry trends, platforms, creator economy shifts, and pop culture movements to inform strategy • Attend industry events, brand meetings, and networking forums to expand the company’s business footprint • Manage junior team members, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency across campaigns What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital strategy at a managerial level • Strong track record of client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth • Ability to independently pitch, close, and manage brand campaigns • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills • Deep understanding of influencers, social platforms, and pop culture dynamics • Leadership mindset with hands-on execution capability Why Join Bottomline Media You’ll play a key role in shaping brand partnerships and influencer strategy at a company that operates at the forefront of entertainment, culture, and commerce—where relationships drive growth and impact drives the bottom line.
