We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Budget Analyst to support the development, monitoring, and performance tracking of departmental budgets. You will play a key role in driving financial efficiency and ensuring that all departments meet their budgetary goals. Responsibilities • Prepare, monitor, and analyze departmental budgets. • Track and report on budget variances with actionable insights for improvement. • Collaborate with department heads to ensure optimal resource allocation. • Assist in long-term financial forecasting, planning, and cost control. • Review and recommend budget adjustments based on organizational needs. Key Skills & Experience • Proven experience as a Budget Analyst or in financial planning and analysis. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with budgeting software and data tools. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
