About The Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions in the digital payments space. This role involves requirement gathering, process re-engineering, and ensuring accurate documentation for seamless delivery. Key Responsibilities • Requirement Gathering: Collect and interpret internal and external requirements to create detailed technical design specifications. • Business Process Re-engineering: Drive process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. • Analysis & Documentation: Prepare BRDs, User Stories, use cases, process flows, and UI requirements with precision. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, provide updates, and address concerns proactively. • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance processes. Essential Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication skills for drafting requirements and collaborating with teams. • Solid technical understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture. • High attention to detail and ability to deliver zero-defect documentation. • Proficiency in Oracle DB, SQL, PL-SQL; familiarity with Java, WebLogic, and SDLC concepts.
