Company :Willware Technologies Job Title: Business Analyst Experience :5 +Years Location : PAN India Qualifications • Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows. • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional documentation. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to lead discussions, conduct requirement workshops, and work effectively with both business and technical teams. • Comfortable collaborating with globally distributed teams and adjusting to time-zone overlaps when needed. • Knowledge of workflows, reporting, or basic integrations is beneficial. • Strong skills in documentation (BRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows). • Exposure to data analysis, dashboards, or automation tools is a plus. • Familiarity with technical concepts or scripting is an added advantage. • Experience with system upgrades or platform migrations is a bonus.
