We are currently looking for sharp, enthusiastic individuals to join our AFC delivery team. The Role As a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst, you will act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. You will ensure that technology solutions align with regulatory, operational, and strategic objectives. Ideally, you have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial crime processes, and experience delivering technology-enabled change in complex environments. Key Responsibilities • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to ensuring alignment between tech solutions and business goals. • Requirements & Design: Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications. Support the creation of process flows, data models, and system interaction diagrams. • Implementation: Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure requirements are implemented effectively. Support UAT planning and execution. • Compliance: Ensure all proposed solutions and processes comply with AML, KYC, Sanctions, and other financial crime regulations. • Process Improvement: Identify solutions that deliver value, focusing on cost avoidance, efficiency, and automation.

Qualifications
