About the job
As a Business Change Project Manager at Sedona Digital, you will play a key role in leading and supporting cross-functional initiatives to drive organizational improvement and operational effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include delivering business change projects, coordinating stakeholders across multiple teams, managing smaller initiatives end-to-end, and supporting larger programs to ensure alignment, maintain momentum, and provide clear visibility of progress, risks, and outcomes. Through strong collaboration and structured delivery, you will help embed new processes, improve operational practices, and support the organization's ongoing evolution. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver multiple business change initiatives in parallel, ensuring projects progress effectively to meet agreed timelines, scope, and quality expectations. - Own the end-to-end delivery of small-scale business change projects, from initiation through to handover. - Provide clear, proactive, and timely communication to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues. - Lead business analysis activities to define clear project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring initiatives are aligned to business priorities and operational needs. - Document business requirements, translate them into structured, actionable deliverables, and develop high-quality operational and project documentation. - Build strong, trusted relationships across business functions to support engagement, collaboration, and adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. - Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of business change frameworks, templates, and delivery standards. - Identify and recommend process, data, and operational improvements based on project insights and delivery experience. - Promote best-practice project and change management approaches across the organization.
