Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Account Manager based in Your home location. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing existing accounts. The role involves generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients and meet organizational goals. Project SALONEXT is our Salon Management Software and Marketplace that works with AI to automate Salons to save their running costs and help them grow operation wise and revenue wise as well. Qualifications • Passionate about field sales. • New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients. • Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships. • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to effectively present and negotiate with stakeholders. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. • Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with sales reporting tools is an advantage. • Prior experience in a similar role and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
