You’ll work closely with our leadership and creative teams to identify high-potential clients, pitch impactful ideas, and build relationships that help both our clients and our agency grow. Key Responsibilities • Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential clients, focusing on marketing managers, brand and marketing heads, founders and co-founders, and other key decision-makers across industries. • Actively source and generate new business leads through personal and professional networks. • Craft and present customised proposals and growth strategies that align with client objectives and brand identity. • Manage the complete sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification to closure, while ensuring regular follow-ups and relationship building. • Effectively manage and nurture existing leads by maintaining consistent communication and ensuring proper conversion opportunities. • Maintain accurate client records and analytics using CRM tools and Excel to track performance, conversions, and opportunities. • Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure seamless project alignment and client satisfaction. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor insights to identify new business opportunities and innovative outreach approaches. • Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking forums to enhance visibility and build credibility within the marketing and production ecosystem.
