Qualifications • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies • Experience in Account Management and client relationship management • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively • Understanding of business processes and ability to align them with market needs • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • Proactive attitude and capability to adapt in a fast-paced environment • Prior experience in the BPO or technology sectors is an advantage
