Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Business Development and Marketing Executive in the BPO sector. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong communication with potential and existing clients. The role also involves aligning business goals with innovative approaches to drive sustainable growth. Qualifications • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies • Experience in Account Management and client relationship management • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively • Understanding of business processes and ability to align them with market needs • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • Proactive attitude and capability to adapt in a fast-paced environment • Prior experience in the BPO or technology sectors is an advantage
