About the job Business Development and Sales Exec | Gratif (Full-Time, On-Site) Gratif is a photography super app that simplifies photography and video production for businesses, YouTube channels, and OTT platforms using data science and technology. The Role: As Business Development Manager, you will streamline and expand our sales operations via email and direct outreach. You'll build strategic partnerships, qualify leads, and drive new business, working onsite with an energetic, supportive team. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage sales pipeline through outreach and direct contact. • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. • Set and achieve KPIs for weekly outreach volume and lead conversion. • Maintain long-term client relationships across segments. • Report actionable insights and market feedback to leadership. • Use CRM tools to track and optimize performance. About You: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (business or marketing preferred) • 2+ years experience in business development or sales • Excellent written and verbal communication • Proficient in CRM software and digital marketing • Demonstrated success in outbound email and direct outreach • Driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented • Passion for photography, content creation, or startups a plus.
