Business Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers. • Work cross‑functionally to align business development with company goals. • Ensure customer-focus and partner compliance to drive satisfaction. Technical & Commercial Knowledge • Gain deep understanding of the company’s technologies, products, and services. Internal Responsibilities • Analyze customer needs and convert them into system concepts and solutions. • Own the sales funnel and growth pipeline, providing monthly updates. • Support tenders and bids with partners, ensuring alignment and approval. Project Ownership • Secure customer acceptance of proposals and solutions. • Participate in project implementation and key milestones. Performance Targets • Lead joint planning with partners, setting objectives, financial targets, and milestones. • Achieve sales goals and strategic targets. Flexibility • Willing to travel frequently and support work outside regular hours when required.
