Role description As Flipspaces scales globally, the Founder’s Office plays a critical role in unlocking high-value partnerships, strategic accounts, and institutional relationships that shape the next decade of growth. In this role, you will represent the Founder’s Office in cultivating, expanding, and institutionalizing a powerful network of CXOs, investors, developers, occupiers, and strategic partners - who already contribute 20–30% of Flipspaces’ high-value business today Your mandate is simple, but non-trivial: Turn trusted relationships into repeatable, scalable, and compounding business outcomes. You will operate as a strategic individual contributor, working closely with the Founder, supported by a lean team, owning program design, relationship orchestration, and conversion outcomes end-to-end.
