Responsibilities: - Formulate business strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and internal performance metrics. - Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability. - Support expansion efforts into new markets and partnerships, including regulatory, market, and risk assessments. - Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. - Collaborate with product and tech teams to streamline onboarding, payments, and transaction flows. - Conduct feasibility and impact analysis for new mobile money features, services, and innovations. - Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. - Support project management activities and ensure the timely execution of strategic initiatives.
