Roles and Responsibilities: · Willing to familiarise yourself with the company's vision and mission. · Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database. · Make calls to clients and respond to callback requests. · Email & WhatsApp conversations with potential leads. · Make potential leads understand our courses. · Converting potential leads to attend the trial Classes. · Learning & using our CRM software & other related computer software. Requirements: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Should have graduated / post-graduated in any stream. · Laptop is mandatory. · Willing to work in a startup environment. · This role requires 6 days a week, work-from-office at our Bangalore location. · Immediate Joiners preferred.
