Job Description Position: Associate Department: BigMint Business Development Events Location: Raipur Experience: 0-2 years (strong communication skills & client facing experience) About The Role We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Associates to join our BigMint Events vertical. In this role, you will support the team across delegate registrations, sponsorship sales, and exhibitor engagement, playing a crucial part in the success of our domestic and international B2B conferences across metals, mining, energy & allied commodities. Key Responsibilities • Delegate Calling: • Reach out to prospective delegates through phone, email & WhatsApp to promote upcoming conferences. o Explain event value propositions and close delegate registrations. • Sponsorship & Exhibitor Outreach: • Support the senior team in identifying potential sponsors and exhibitors. o Assist in initial conversations, sharing event decks & proposals, and following up on leads. • Database Management: • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and prospect data in CRM/excel sheets. Event Coordination • Support the team in ensuring confirmations, sending participation invoices, and coordinating with delegates/exhibitors for smooth event day execution. • Market Research: • Help map companies, decision-makers, and industry segments relevant to each event. What We're Looking For • Strong communication skills (spoken & written English essential). • Self-driven, energetic and confident on calls. • Comfortable with target-based roles and multitasking. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email writing & CRM tools (training will be provided). • Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc. preferred).
