Job Title: Business Development Associate – Parking & Fleet Solutions Company: HyperThink Systems Industry: Smart Mobility / IoT / AI Solutions Experience: 2–5 Years Functional Area: Business Development & Sales Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to drive growth for our Smart Parking and Fleet Management Solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence for our IoT-enabled mobility solutions across target industries and regions. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Analysis • Conduct market research to identify opportunities in smart parking, fleet management, mobility technology, and smart city ecosystems. • Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify potential market segments. Business Opportunity Development • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprises, logistics companies, real estate developers, municipalities, and smart city projects. • Support market entry strategies and expansion initiatives for parking and fleet solutions. Partnership & Channel Development • Build relationships with system integrators, technology partners, infrastructure providers, and channel partners. • Collaborate with partners to strengthen solution offerings and expand market reach. Sales & Revenue Growth • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. • Identify prospective clients, present value propositions, and support deal negotiations. • Manage sales pipeline and ensure consistent lead generation. Solution Consultation • Work closely with technical teams to understand customer requirements and recommend customized parking and fleet management solutions. • Support proposal preparation, solution presentations, and client demonstrations. Client Relationship Management • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. • Provide ongoing support to ensure successful solution deployment and adoption. Competitive Intelligence • Monitor the competitive landscape within smart mobility, IoT parking systems, and fleet telematics. • Identify differentiators and contribute to strategies that position the company competitively. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align business development efforts with company objectives. • Provide market feedback to help improve product offerings and customer value. Industry Engagement • Participate in industry events, mobility conferences, and networking forums to build relationships and promote the company’s solutions. Reporting & Performance Tracking • Track and report business development activities including sales pipeline, leads, opportunities, and revenue forecasts. • Provide insights and updates to management on market trends and opportunities. Required Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships preferably in IoT, smart mobility, parking systems, or fleet management solutions. • Understanding of IoT-based smart parking systems, vehicle tracking, telematics, or mobility platforms is preferred. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
