Job Description Business Development Associate – College Partnerships Company: Mainfold Management India LLP Location: Remote / Field (India) Employment Type: Full-time / Contract About Us Mainfold Management India LLP is a technology and training company focused on empowering students and institutions through advanced workshops in AI, Agentic Coding, and emerging technologies. We collaborate with colleges and universities to deliver high-impact technical training programs that prepare students for the future workforce. Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate who will be responsible for building partnerships with engineering colleges and educational institutions and enrolling them in our training workshops such as the Agentic Coding Workshop. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence across colleges by initiating conversations with principals, HODs, placement officers, and training departments. Key Responsibilities College Outreach • Identify and build a database of engineering colleges, universities, and institutions • Reach out to principals, placement officers, HODs, and training coordinators • Pitch our AI and technology workshops to colleges • Schedule meetings and presentations with college authorities Business Development • Convert interested colleges into confirmed workshop partners • Negotiate workshop schedules and student participation • Maintain strong relationships with college decision-makers • Follow up regularly with leads to close deals Lead Generation • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, phone calls, and networking • Build partnerships with training departments and student clubs Coordination • Coordinate with the internal team to organize workshops • Ensure smooth communication between colleges and our team Reporting • Maintain records of outreach, meetings, and conversions • Provide weekly updates on leads and partnership status Requirements Education • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field Skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong relationship-building ability • Confidence in cold calling and outreach • Ability to speak with college authorities and senior management • Good understanding of technology or AI workshops (preferred) Experience • 0–3 years experience in sales, partnerships, or business development • Experience working with educational institutions is a plus Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Number of colleges contacted per week • Number of meetings scheduled • Number of workshops confirmed • Revenue generated through college partnerships Compensation • Base Salary + Performance Incentives • Incentives per college workshop confirmed Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in the AI and emerging technology space • Direct impact on student skill development • Performance-based high earning potential • Fast-growing company with leadership opportunities How to Apply Send your resume to: info@mainfold.in
