We are hiring ONE motivated business development associate (BDA) to work directly with the founder of NextGen E-Learning Hub. This is NOT a typical internship or 9–5 job. This role is for someone who wants to earn based on performance and grow fast in EdTech sales Role & Responsibilities • Call and follow up with student leads (training provided) • Understand student career goals and guide them to the right program • Schedule career counselling calls with the founder • Maintain daily call & follow-up reports • Work closely with the founder on conversions Who Should Apply Final year students / fresh graduates People interested in sales, counselling, EdTech Comfortable with calling and talking to students Hungry to earn through incentives Can work from office or WFH Not suitable if you are looking only for fixed salary Not suitable if you avoid targets or calls Stipend & Incentives • Trial period: 30 days • Fixed stipend: ₹15,000 (performance based) • Incentives: • ₹1,500 per normal enrollment • ₹3,000+ per high-ticket enrollment • No upper limit on earnings Top performers can grow into Sales Lead / Team Lead roles.
