As we expand, we’re looking for ambitious professionals to join our Business Development team and help drive growth in the online education ecosystem. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence in the higher education sector. If you are passionate about EdTech, sales, and relationship building this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation • Identify and acquire new university and institutional partners • Generate leads through events, digital outreach, and cold calling • Build long-term relationships with academic and corporate stakeholders • Research potential clients and create customized education solutions Sales & Partnership Management • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle • Deliver impactful presentations and proposals • Negotiate contracts and close deals • Drive upselling and long-term revenue growth Strategy & Market Expansion • Develop growth strategies aligned with company goals • Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape • Collaborate with marketing, product & operations teams Client Relationship Management • Act as the primary point of contact for partners • Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction • Identify expansion and cross-selling opportunities Reporting & Performance Tracking • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs • Share market insights and feedback with leadership Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA is a plus) • Experience in business development/sales (EdTech preferred) • Strong understanding of online education industry • Excellent communication & negotiation skills • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) • Self-driven with strong target orientation • Strong organizational & time management skills What We Offer • Competitive salary + performance incentives • Career growth in a fast-growing EdTech company • Collaborative & innovative work culture • Flexible work options (including remote) • Learning & development opportunities 📩 How to Apply: Send your updated resume and cover letter to Hr@shiksolve.com
