Key Responsibilities: • Handle international sales and client interactions • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a voice process. • Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities to maximize sales opportunities. • Maintain and grow customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups. • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to sales conversion.
