Business Development Associate / Manager – Field Sales Experience: Associate (BDA): 1–4 Years Manager (BDM – Senior): 4–8 Years Location: Gurugram | Noida | Ghaziabad Company: Openhouse (Avano Technologies Private Limited) 🧩 Role Overview The Business Development Associate / Manager – Field Sales is responsible for on-ground business development activities, including site visits, client meetings, channel partner engagement, negotiations, and closures across buyer and seller transactions. Associates focus on execution and visit support, while Managers take ownership of negotiations and deal closures. 🎯 Key Responsibilities • Conduct site visits with buyers and sellers • Meet clients and understand requirements • Engage and manage channel partners (CPs) on-ground • Support and/or lead negotiations and closures based on seniority • Coordinate with inside sales, operations, and leadership teams • Maintain visit reports and CRM updates • Achieve assigned visit, engagement, and closure targets 🧠 Role Split by Seniority Associate (BDA): • Visit execution, CP onboarding & engagement, coordination • Support BDMs during negotiations Manager (BDM – Senior): • Lead negotiations, pricing, and deal closure • Own revenue and transaction success • Mentor BDAs 💼 Perks & Benefits • 🏥 Health Insurance Coverage • 💰 Salary credited on time (a strong differentiator in real estate) • 🚗 Travel Allowance for field operations • 🚀 Uncapped Incentives – high earning potential for top performers Please share your Resume at - ieBgI5lgwPdI@ats.kekamail.com
