Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate - Sales at our Bengaluru office. As part of the sales team, the individual will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, understanding customer needs, providing product demonstrations, and assisting customers throughout the sales process. The role also involves maintaining client relationships and contributing to the development of sales strategies. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving targets and managing sales processes • Ability to conduct Training sessions and guide team members effectively • Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic proficiency in data analysis is a plus • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred • Previous experience in a sales-oriented role is advantageous
