About the job

Responsibilities • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) and manage inbound enquiries. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for ERP and related solutions. • Identify and prospect mid-size to enterprise-level clients across multiple industries. • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations tailored to client needs. • Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure. • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools; ensure timely follow-ups and reporting. • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Required Skills • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP products (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.) • Solid understanding of ERP workflows (Finance, HR, Manufacturing, etc.). • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals. • Strong communication and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. • Experience in enterprise buying cycles, building a pipeline, and consultative sales processes. • Experience managing the complete sales cycle, including account management and renewals. • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
