Key Responsibilities: • Lead Engagement: Engage with 65-70 highly qualified leads daily through personalized communication (calls, video sessions, etc.). • Sales Mastery: Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to successful enrollment. • Consultative Selling: Conduct personalized video counseling sessions, expertly pitch trial classes, and effectively address client concerns and objections. • Revenue Generation: Achieve and consistently exceed weekly revenue targets, contributing significantly to company growth. • Client Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new clients. • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training programs to enhance your sales skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
