Role Overview: As a Business Development & Client Management Executive, you will play a crucial role in leading business growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include identifying and securing new clients, effectively managing ongoing client relationships, and overseeing accurate billing for services in accounting, income tax, GST, audit support, and corporate secretarial compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and convert new clients across various service domains such as accounting, income tax, GST, audit support, and secretarial services. - Conduct research on market trends and competitor offerings to develop innovative service propositions. - Prepare and deliver customized proposals to meet client-specific compliance and financial needs. - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and network with relevant connections in the financial and compliance sectors. - Collaborate with internal teams to customize service offerings based on client feedback and industry requirements. - Track and report on business development efforts and revenue growth metrics. Client Management: - Act as the primary client liaison for ongoing service delivery in accounting, tax, GST, audit, and secretarial tasks. - Ensure transparent and regular communication with clients regarding service progress, deadlines, and deliverables. - Proactively identify client requirements and coordinate service teams for seamless execution. - Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and expand service engagement. - Conduct periodic client reviews and feedback sessions to improve service and identify cross-selling opportunities. Client Billing & Financial Oversight: - Ensure transparency and accuracy in billing aligned with service agreements and regulatory guidelines. - Address client queries and disputes related to billing promptly and professionally. - Collaborate closely with finance and accounts teams to ensure timely revenue recognition. Compliance & Documentation: - Maintain meticulous records of client contracts, service delivery status, billing, and communications. - Ensure compliance with applicable laws and best practices related to accounting, tax, GST, and secretarial services. - Prepare periodic reports for senior management on client status, revenue, and business growth.
