Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for both a Business Development Executive and Senior Sales Manager role based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, generating leads, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Collaboration with internal teams and financial institutions to deliver customized solutions will be a core part of the responsibilities. The role also includes managing key accounts and ensuring high client satisfaction throughout the loan advisory and disbursement process. Qualifications • Skilled in New Business Development and Lead Generation • Strong understanding of Business operations and practices • Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships • Proficiency in Account Management and managing client portfolios • Ability to work collaboratively in a team to meet targets and deadlines • Prior experience in financial services, sales, or a related domain is advantageous • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
