Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Market Outreach • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, industry platforms, networking events, and outbound outreach. • Conduct market research to identify companies that require IT services or technology consulting support. • Initiate conversations with technology leaders, HR heads, product teams, and procurement managers. • Generate qualified sales leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team. Client Engagement • Understand client requirements and identify opportunities where the companys services can add value. • Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and solution discussions. • Participate in client discovery calls and requirement analysis meetings. • Maintain consistent follow-ups to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. Sales Pipeline Development • Maintain an active pipeline of potential opportunities across different technology domains. • Track leads and opportunities using CRM tools and internal reporting systems. • Work with technical teams to understand service capabilities and solution offerings.
