As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities. This position focuses on lead generation, acquiring new clients, and building strategic relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and architects. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our market footprint and strengthening our position in the construction industry across Kolkata and beyond. Responsibilities : • Proactively generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the construction sector • Develop and nurture relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and architects • Drive sales growth through targeted project-based and channel sales initiatives • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic outreach Requirements : • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • 2+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within the construction chemicals or related industrial sectors • Demonstrated success in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship building • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work effectively in field-based environments • Proven track record of driving sales growth through project and channel sales strategies
