About the job
Responsibilities: • Identify and research potential affiliates, partners, and networks across worldwide (WW) markets • Assist in onboarding new affiliates and partners and help activate campaigns • Support daily monitoring of campaign performance and track key metrics such as conversions and traffic quality • Coordinate with internal teams including Network Operations, Advertiser Growth, Finance, and Tech to ensure smooth campaign execution • Maintain communication with affiliates through email, calls, and follow-ups • Help prepare campaign performance reports and track optimization opportunities • Monitor campaign data to identify trends, issues, or suspicious traffic patterns • Stay updated with the latest trends in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, and performance marketing Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Freshers are welcome) • Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or online advertising • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical thinking and willingness to learn data-driven marketing strategies • Good organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools is a plus • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or social media marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
