Business Development Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive who is eager to build a career in the affiliate and performance marketing industry. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about digital marketing, enjoys building relationships, and is interested in learning how online campaigns generate revenue. You will work closely with affiliate networks, advertisers, and internal teams to support campaign growth, identify new partnership opportunities, and help optimize performance across global markets. Responsibilities - • Identify and research potential affiliates, partners, and networks across worldwide (WW) markets • Assist in onboarding new affiliates and partners and help activate campaigns • Support daily monitoring of campaign performance and track key metrics such as conversions and traffic quality • Coordinate with internal teams including Network Operations, Advertiser Growth, Finance, and Tech to ensure smooth campaign execution • Maintain communication with affiliates through email, calls, and follow-ups • Help prepare campaign performance reports and track optimization opportunities • Monitor campaign data to identify trends, issues, or suspicious traffic patterns • Stay updated with the latest trends in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, and performance marketing Requirements:- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Freshers are welcome) • Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or online advertising • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical thinking and willingness to learn data-driven marketing strategies • Good organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools is a plus • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or social media marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
