About the Role We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and sales for our Recruitment & Staffing Division. If you have experience in Sales, Client Handling, Business Development, or Recruitment, this role offers fast growth and strong incentives. Key Responsibilities - Generate leads through online research, networking, and local market mapping. - Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings. - Identify and qualify suitable clients (ICP) for staffing services. - Create and share proposals for client onboarding. - Successfully onboard clients and collect required documentation/fee. - Understand and gather hiring requirements from clients. - Maintain strong relationships with HR teams and hiring managers. - Conduct field visits when required to acquire and strengthen client accounts. - Achieve weekly and monthly BD targets. - Maintain CRM/Zoho records and ensure smooth communication with clients. Ideal Candidate - Highly motivated, target-driven and confident communicator. - Enjoys client interaction and building long-term business relationships. - Strong negotiation, follow-up, and presentation skills. - Comfortable with field visits within Cuttack when required. - Graduate in any discipline with good communication.
