Job Title: Business development (Fresher) - US IT & RPO Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office) Job Summary :- Brainerhub Solutions, a software development company, is hiring an MBA - Sales & marketing fresher for the role of Business Development Executive with prior exposure to US IT Staffing and RPO. The role involves supporting US client acquisition, lead generation, and business growth activities with proper training and mentorship. Key Responsibilities :- Assist in lead generation, email outreach, calling, and follow-ups. Communicate with US-based clients, vendors, and MSPs under guidance. Coordinate with recruitment teams to align client requirements. Maintain CRM and sales-related documentation. Required Qualifications & skills :- MBA – Marketing or International Business preferred. Prior exposure/knowledge of US IT Staffing & RPO (training, internship, or certification). Basic understanding of International marketing & US Hiring. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
