About the job

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to support our ghostwriting, publishing, and book marketing services. The role focuses on identifying potential authors, entrepreneurs, and professionals, initiating conversations, and scheduling meetings for our senior consultants. Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify prospective clients (authors, entrepreneurs, thought leaders) - Conduct initial outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to introduce our services - Qualify leads and schedule meetings with senior consultants for detailed discussions - Maintain accurate client information, pipelines, and follow-up schedules in CRM/internal tools - Assist in preparing client briefs, and background research for senior team - Track outreach activities and share weekly reports on meetings scheduled - Stay updated on industry trends in publishing, ghostwriting, and author branding Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Publishing, or related field - 0–2 years of experience in business development, client coordination, or lead generation - Strong verbal and written communication in English - Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple follow-ups - Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and outreach platforms Nice to Have: - Prior experience in publishing, content services, or creative industries - Experience in LinkedIn lead generation or client prospecting What We Offer: - Opportunity to work with budding and established authors globally - Exposure to the creative and publishing industry - Learning & career growth opportunities under senior consultants - Health insurance - Quarterly rewards and recognition - Alternate Saturdays off - Free Lunch & Snacks
