Essence Buildware Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our international sales team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with a minimum 2 years of experience who are passionate about global markets and want to build a career in export sales. What will you Do: Client Communication: Connect with international buyers, especially from the USA, Europe, UK, Latin America, etc. Lead Generation: Research potential customers, follow up on inquiries, and build your pipeline through email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools. Follow-ups & Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Market Research: Stay updated on global tile market trends and competitors. Who Can Apply? • Education: Graduate (any stream); MBA/PGDM in International Business preferred (not mandatory). • Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, marketing, or business development. Fresher with strong communication skills are welcome. Skills Needed: • Good spoken and written English. • Interest in exports and international business. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
