Job description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Executive (Medical Representative) to join our team in Bhagalpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and excellent communication skills. This is not a sales or target-chasing role. Key Responsibilities: • Visit doctors’ clinics, hospitals, and consulting rooms • Explain the app’s purpose, workflow, and benefits in clear medical language • Conduct live demos and step-by-step onboarding • Train doctors and clinic staff on daily basis • Address workflow, privacy, and process-related queries • Ensure active usage post-onboarding (not just installation) • Collect doctor feedback and share with the product team • Maintain professional, long-term relationships with referral doctors • Maintain visit, onboarding, and adoption records Ideal Candidate Profile: • Must-Have Excellent spoken English and professional communication • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills • Comfortable interacting with senior doctors and consultants • Quick learner with ability to understand app workflows • Calm, consultative, non-salesy personality Preferred Background: • Bachelor’s degree in B Pharma or related field. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to build trust with medical professionals.
