Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Business Development Executive. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and building long-term relationships with stakeholders. The role requires active collaboration with internal teams and a results-oriented mindset to achieve organizational growth objectives. Qualifications • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation • Strong skills in Account Management and building client relationships • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills • Solid understanding of business growth strategies and market expansion methodologies • Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and collaborate with teams effectively • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Experience in working with consulting firms or knowledge of the Indian, Vietnamese, or Middle Eastern markets is a plus
