Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities • Client Interaction & Engagement: Connect with prospective learners and institutional partners to understand their needs and recommend the right learning paths. • Revenue & Growth Enablement: Strategically drive business outcomes by promoting Growcline programs to meet performance and revenue targets. • Advisory & Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to learners and clients, guiding them in their upskilling and career journey and convert them to potential customers. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and educational institutions. • Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, learner behaviour, and competitor landscape to inform strategies. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams like marketing, product, and operations for seamless execution. • Reporting & Optimization: Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversions, and feedback for data-driven improvements. Position: B2C Sales Office Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad Mode: Onsite (Apply only if you can work from office only) Salary Structure: • Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month • Incentives: High performance-based incentives (uncapped) • Joining Bonus: 10000 INR
