📢 We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive – Events & Experiential Location: Santacruz, Mumbai Organization: Happy Minds Events in collaboration with PCL We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth in the corporate events and experiential marketing space. The role will focus on acquiring new clients, building strategic relationships, and expanding our presence across corporate and institutional segments. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Business Development • Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate, pharma, fintech, and institutional sectors. • Develop strong relationships with marketing heads, HR leaders, and decision-makers. • Actively pitch event concepts and experiential solutions to prospective clients. Client Acquisition & Account Management • Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closure. • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations. • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business. Market Intelligence • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the events and experiential marketing space. • Build a strong pipeline of corporate event opportunities.
