We are hiring a Business Development Executive who can create opportunities, bring in new clients, and take full ownership of revenue outcomes. This is not a routine sales role or a task-checking job. For the right person ... , this role can be a career-defining turning point. We are looking for task creators, not task doers—someone who understands the Pune and Mumbai market, communicates confidently, builds friendly and trust-based client relationships without sounding salesy, and owns conversations from first contact to closure. The candidate should be fast, proactive, accountable, and comfortable selling content marketing and ad creative services. We work with modern Brands and Startups, as well as the Engineering services clients. Key Responsibilities - Generate and convert new business opportunities - Own client conversations end-to-end, from outreach to closure - Create and manage your own pipeline, strategy, and follow-ups - Represent IFT Media professionally with a relationship-first approach Experience & Skills - 1–2 years minimum experience in sales/marketing/business development - Media, marketing, advertising, or content-led experience preferred - Intern to senior-level profiles welcome (mindset over designation) - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - No complete freshers Compensation & Incentives - CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹7 LPA (based on profile) - High incentives on every conversion - Monthly incentives can go up to ₹30,000–₹1,00,000+, based on performance Important - In-office role only | Location: Bavdhan, Pune - Candidates must understand the Pune & Mumbai business market - If you are looking for a strict 9-to-5 job and want to stay stuck in it, please do not apply - Mandatory 12-day unpaid probation and training to ensure mutual fit; from Day 13 onwards, you are expected to handle direct client conversations and closures - IFT Media provides required leads, data, tools, systems, and paid assets—in return, we expect complete ownership and accountability
