Business Development Executive – Partnerships, Sponsors & Brand Collaborations About InstaService InstaService is a fast-growing, AI-powered on-demand home services marketplace operating across 23 U.S. states. We connect homeowners with trusted professionals for handyman, plumbing, cleaning, and large RFQ-based projects. As we scale demand, revenue, and brand presence, we are expanding our Business Development & Partnerships team to drive sponsorships, advertisers, strategic partnerships, and brand collaborations. Role Overview We are seeking a strong, results-driven Business Development Executive to own and grow revenue-generating partnerships at InstaService. This role focuses on: • Acquiring Sponsors & Advertisers • Building Brand & Marketing Collaborations • Driving Strategic Partnerships that bring demand, visibility, and revenue Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand & Marketing Collaborations • We provide the potential leads. Persuade the win-win partnership and make the partnerships happen. 2. Strategic Partnerships • Acquire recurring-revenue partnerships such as: • Apartment communities • Property management companies • HOAs and real estate groups • Structure win-win partnership models that drive ongoing demand • Coordinate onboarding and launch of partners on the InstaService platform 3. Marketing & Growth Support • Support marketing initiatives tied to partnerships and sponsorships • Act as the bridge between Business Development and Marketing teams 4. Sponsors & Advertisers Acquisition • Identify, pitch, and close sponsors and advertisers whose target customers are homeowners • Onboard advertisers into Gold / Platinum sponsorship packages • Manage outbound outreach via email, and direct partnerships • Build a strong pipeline of local, regional, and national advertisers 5. Pipeline & Relationship Management • Own end-to-end partner lifecycle: • Prospecting • Pitching • Closing • Onboarding • Relationship management Ideal Candidate Profile: Must-Have Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or Growth • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Experience with outbound outreach (email, calls) • Comfortable working in a remote setup aligned to PST hours • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action Strong Plus • Experience selling sponsorships, advertising, or partnerships • Familiarity with digital marketing, co-branding, or growth campaigns • Prior exposure to US-based clients or partners • Startup or marketplace experience Working Hours • Primary working hours aligned to PST (US Pacific Time) • Willingness to work late evenings IST on a regular basis What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) • Closed a few Brand collaborations • Built a strong outbound partnership pipeline • Clear revenue contribution from partnerships and sponsorships Why Join InstaService • Direct impact on revenue and contribute to the growth phase of the company • Opportunity to build partnerships from the ground up • High-growth startup environment with real ownership • Exposure to US brands, partners, and leadership.
