Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Dombivli (Mumbai) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities • Present and promote company products/services to potential clients • Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Skills: • Good negotiation and presentation skills • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Salary: 2.50 to 3.25 LPA Benefits: • Training and development programs How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their resume to a.saxena@kksoftaec.com - with a subject line - Interested for BDE Position.
