About the job
Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate leads across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. • Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce company services. • Build relationships with property managers, contractors, and business owners. • Schedule discovery meetings and qualify client requirements. • Present service offerings and coordinate proposals with internal teams. • Maintain records of prospects and opportunities. • Track outreach activity and conversion progress. • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets. Requirements • Minimum 2 years experience in international B2B sales or lead generation. • Strong spoken and written English communication skills. • Experience in cold calling international markets. • Confidence speaking with senior decision makers. • Ability to work in a target-driven environment. • Experience using CRM or lead management tools is preferred.
